Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize your client’s calendar and schedule
• Conduct research and create plans to support your client’s goals
• Drive communication efforts including reports, presentations, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships within your client’s network
• Demonstrate initiative and go the extra mile to surprise and delight your client

Competencies and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
• Charismatic, resilient, solution-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work full-time, primarily during PH graveyard shifts

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with a suitable home workspace and 30 Mbps+ internet
• Willingness to attend in-person interviews and 2-week training in Cebu
• Personal device meeting technical specifications (MacBook provided after matching)
• Earn up to PHP 46,000/month once matched, plus allowances and bonuses
