What you’ll do
Looking for the opportunity to lead development, management and delivery of effective training solutions and strategies? Through these efforts, you’ll meet TTEC client operational needs and metrics in both traditional brick-and-mortar and virtual environments. You’ll support operational partners to develop and deliver superior training programs and drive a culture of training excellence, training innovation, and superior learning performance for the specified client program(s).
You'll report to VP of Learning and Development and will be a key part of this team with impacting our global operation as part of a world class team of professionals.

What you’ll do
Looking for the opportunity to lead development, management and delivery of effective training solutions and strategies? Through these efforts, you’ll meet TTEC client operational needs and metrics in both traditional brick-and-mortar and virtual environments. You’ll support operational partners to develop and deliver superior training programs and drive a culture of training excellence, training innovation, and superior learning performance for the specified client program(s).
You'll report to VP of Learning and Development and will be a key part of this team with impacting our global operation as part of a world class team of professionals.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Partner closely with operations stakeholders to identify learning/training evolution opportunities. Develop and implement strategies and solutions to meet the overall client and program goals and objectives.
- Effectively lead and manage the learning delivery teams to drive innovation and performance for the specified client program(s).
- Consult with clients on how innovation within the training environment can lead to lower costs, higher learner engagement, increased speed to proficiency, and overall positive impact on customer and employee experience. Lead curriculum development activities to support these goals.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, predict learner success, and drive the right outcomes.
- Bring thought leadership and continuous re-engineering within our training delivery organization through innovation with a focus on leading edge virtual learning, effectively modernizing the “way we train”.
- Define and manage appropriate staffing models, headcount, trainer ratios and budget requirements to meet training and operational objectives; manage to specified expense-to-revenue (E/R) ratios for assigned programs.
- 15+ years in the learning and development domain
- Global & large-scale training environment experience
- Experience and success in delivering training to virtual audiences
- Demonstrated experience driving performance and bringing innovation to the training and curriculum development function.
- Knowledge of adult learning, ensuring the application of effective training principles.
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients/stakeholders.
