Position Overview

The primary function of the role would involve providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This entails a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at assisting the CEO in the efficient and effective execution of their duties. Tasks may include but are not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and undertaking various administrative functions. Additionally, the role may require collaborating with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels, and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the executive office. In essence, the position is pivotal in facilitating the CEO's workflow and enhancing organizational productivity.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
    • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings and reminders
    • Provide travel assistance, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries
    • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related field
  • Atleast 5 years of experience as a Virtual Admin Assistant
  • Strong experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
  • Handled a US based client is a must.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and other collaboration tools
  • Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.
