The assistant will support the company’s leadership and management team and should have enough knowledge in providing high-level executive and administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

Zero Hash is looking for a highly organized, driven, detail-oriented, proficient, and experienced Virtual Executive Assistant who functions well in a diverse remote work environment. The assistant will support the company’s leadership and management team and should have enough knowledge in providing high-level executive and administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution (graduate of Business Administration or Communication is a plus but not a requirement)
- At least 2 years experience as an executive assistant who directly reports to and supports C-level executives
- Exceptional organization and planning skills: keeping a tight check on calendars, scheduling appointments, emails, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Pays serious attention to detail: should be able to complete tasks with the highest regard to excellence and accuracy
- Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic multitasking/ ability to handle multiple projects and submit reports on time; should be able to prioritize tasks
- Professional discretion and confidentiality is a must
- Computer and internet savvy-- should be great with Google Suite, sales and project management apps, office, and research tools
- Confident in using various online tools, e.g. communication apps, video conferencing software, research tools, etc.
- Superior at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Can work with little to no supervision
- Takes initiative, is resourceful, and always proactive
- Ability to 'manage up' and be most reliable in ensuring the executive can focus on their highest leverage work
- Flexibility and adaptability in the dynamic nature of the role and ever-changing needs of executives
- Willing and able to work in US Central Time Zone (10pm to 7am Philippine time)
- Has concrete plans of working for a full-time and long-term position
- internet connection with a speed of at least 30 Mbps
- backup internet connectivity (A MUST)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
