Executive Assistant (Information Technology)

The Executive Assistant is assigned to particular departments or business units of the company and shall act as liaison between the heads of department/business unit and the executive department in addressing their concerns and requests and ensuring compliance with the directives of the President.

The Executive Assistant should be graduate of any Information technology with at least 2-5 years of experience related to office and software developing. He/she must have the following qualities:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
• Skilled in both Hardware and Software computer systems (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Willing to work overtime; and
• Can work under pressure.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and delegate task

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Department Heads as to special instructions of the president.
• Leadership/Supervisory Role
• Addresses immediate concerns of managers.
• Testing and deploying programs and systems
• Fixing and improving existing software
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

Analytics

• Monitors and reviews company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within a scheduled time period;
