Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Audit & Assurance function. This role is based in Cebu and requires a strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will support daily schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and presentations, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for senior audit leaders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other documentation as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate local and regional meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain records, manage filing systems, and support document tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor incoming communications and respond or escalate appropriately.
  • Assist with team coordination, timesheet tracking, and basic project updates.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure professional handling of sensitive information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant executive support or administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
