Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business or office-related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in high-level administrative support, preferably in finance, commercial, or corporate environments.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Summary/Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of the CCO's day-to-day responsibilities. The role manages scheduling, interview coordination, credit file preparation, and process assistance, while also serving as a point of contact for agents and clients assigned by the CCO. This position is key to optimizing the CCO's efficiency, supporting business processes, and facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Manage and maintain the CCO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments
  • Provide direct assistance during interviews, ensuring smooth coordination and preparation
  • Consolidate and organize credit files required for both internal interviews and client-facing discussions
  • Assist in processing rediscounting services in coordination with relevant departments
  • Support agents and clients assigned by the CCO by addressing process inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Act as liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professionalism in all interactions
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required to enhance the efficiency of the CCO’s office
