In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative support to several executive-level colleagues, ensuring a customer-focused approach and upholding the highest standards of service.
You will collaborate with consultants, firm leaders, external clients, and vendors from other offices while working closely with your team of executive assistants onsite. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
You will organize workdays, ensure smooth project progress, and communicate on behalf of executives, solving problems through collaboration and proactive planning. This involves building strong working relationships to understand priorities and preferences, anticipating needs, and addressing them effectively.
Additionally, you will apply advanced communication skills to navigate complex situations, develop solutions to ambiguous scenarios, and manage them end-to-end with ownership, judgment, and resourcefulness. Your adaptability and resilience will be key to thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent)
- University degree or equivalent educational qualification
- 4+ years of professional experience preferred
- Strong email and calendaring skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications; Outlook proficiency preferred
- Outstanding customer orientation and ability to professionally handle confidential and/or sensitive information
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, sense of urgency, and dealing with ambiguity)
- Strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
- Ability to establish and strengthen relationships with colleagues, customers, and external vendors across the globe
