Completion of set tasks in timely manner

- Research;
- Contact list development by industry;
- Email management;
- Appointment setting;
- Social media oversight;
- Invoicing and Reminders
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Assisting with minor support
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Other adhoc administrative tasks as required
- Written English communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated & organised
- Marketing or Accounting qualifications preferred
