Purpose of the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for giving support to a Mancom member of the company. You will be performing variety of administrative tasks as requested.

Purpose of the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for giving support to a Mancom member of the company. You will be performing variety of administrative tasks as requested.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Managing complex calendar day to day of activities and ensure to prioritize urgent meeting.
- Manage the calendar of his Mancom managers to avoid conflict in schedule.
- Make sure that in-person or dial in details for meetings are correct and well taken care of.
- Event Management Coordination and Travel Management
- Logistic support and planning on Quarterly Townhall.
- Managing Team Building, Year End Party, and other activities for engagement.
- Arrange flight and hotel bookings for the Mancom member and for the supported group or division.
- Ensure proper budget management and other supports required by Mancom member.
- Handles and monitors budget allocation of the mancom member.
- Prepares request for various payments of administrative nature.
- Supporting COO and their family to maintain living conveniences and safety (contracts, moving, telecommunication etc.).
- Support diverse ad-hoc requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant
- Preferably with experience working with expats.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
