Execution Manager

Qualification:
Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Marketing or Business Management.
Experience: At least five (5) yrs. solid work experience in Activation,Operations related to Marketing,Sales or Merchandising, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and is able to analyze and interpret data; Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Customer-centric; Has good communication competency; ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of activation projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the activation team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Regularly review and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
- Advise the Head of Business Development and Deputy General Manager on all matters affecting projects.
Administration and Management Support
- Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company.
- Oversees and supervises the activities of Area Managers and Staff under his direct supervision to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.
- Manages the HR and Admin Personnel on his area of supervision for concerns relating to staffing and personnel audit.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Working Relationships:
Internal: Directly Reports to the Business Unit Head. Coordinates with the Solutions Development Team, HR and Admin Manager, Finance Manager, and other Departments as internal customers.
External: Government Agencies, Client’s Representatives, and any other external entity involved in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities.
