Description: The Event Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and promotion of high-impact virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, engaging attendee experiences that elevate brand presence and support marketing goals, utilizing AI tools for tracking and post-event analysis.

- Plan and manage logistics for both in-person and virtual events, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth and impactful event execution.
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies that maximize brand exposure and foster attendee engagement across all event types.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for attendee tracking, engagement monitoring, and post-event analysis to continuously improve event outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure cohesive event messaging, branding, and promotion, aligning event strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage attendee registration, communications, and follow-up processes, providing exceptional customer service and enhancing attendee experience.
- Coordinate with a Shared Services pool of creative resources for design needs related to events, including customer meetups, industry conferences, partner user groups, and executive dinners.
- 4+ years of event management experience, with a strong focus on both virtual and in-person events in a B2B setting.
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and event management tools, with experience using AI for registration, engagement, and post-event analytics.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and budget management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience in creating high-quality attendee experiences through effective communication and customer service.
