Internship Details
- Allowance: PHP 300/day
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (BGC Taguig)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
- Equipment: Work Laptop provided (MacBook)
- Internship Duration: Minimum of 300 hours
- Assist in preparing and organizing event materials, decks, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Support the execution of school, government, and branded events under the supervision of event leads.
- Help coordinate logistics such as transport scheduling, materials packing, booth setup, and staff attendance.
- Join on-site activations to support partner greeting, registration, activity monitoring, and brand representation.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions, proposal building, and creative concept development.
- Maintain event photos, checklists, and feedback notes for reporting purposes.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist in both onsite and online events.
