About this role…
Responsible for implementation and governance of culture and engagement programs, ambassadorship, and internal communications within their assigned site while supporting the delivery of the company’s overall business goals.
Primary responsibilities are the following but not limited to:
• Main point-of-contact of the assigned site and shift for employee engagement program delivery and execution
• Execute meaningful and intentional employee engagement programs and activities
• Ensures programs are regularly communicated to their assigned location
• Strategize action plans to drive engagement of their assigned location
• Partner with external merchants that can offer benefits and amplify employee experience through the TOA Lifestyle program
• Involvement from development to execution of programs (includes hosting of events and survey completion/assessment)
• Drive participation and promote the quarterly eNPS Survey and other feedback mechanisms for delivered programs
• Track Engagement Metrics aligned with the People Experience Team
• Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and customers
