Event Planning And Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
  • Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all project milestones are met.

Monitoring Event Materials

  • Oversee the preparation and quality control of all event materials, including scripts, presentations, videos, and promotional collateral.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all materials align with the event’s theme and objectives.

Budget Management

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value.

Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and participants before, during, and after events.
  • Provide regular updates on event progress and any issues that arise.

On-Site Coordination

  • Oversee event setup and takedown, ensuring that all elements align with the planned agenda.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Event Activities

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather insights for future improvement.
  • Prepare event reports, including participant feedback and financial outcomes.

Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of event management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
