Role

In this role, your mission is to deliver accurate and competitive construction cost estimates that help projects stay on budget and succeed. You will make a direct impact by:

• Analyzing project documents to prepare detailed and reliable cost breakdowns.
• Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best quotes.
• Preparing competitive bids and supporting project budgeting and management.
  
  
  

This Role Is For You If… Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in estimating software like Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Night shift availability (11 PM–8 AM PH Time)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Compensation: ₱40,000–₱80,000 Base (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time), Monday to Friday
• Work Setup: Hybrid (On-site training, then Hybrid)
