The Team

The Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Network connects issuers of sustainable bonds with investors, empowering them to evaluate impact and make informed investment decisions on sustainable bonds.

We simplify sustainable investing with an intuitive, easy-to-use solution that allows investors to discover, compile, and compare sustainable bonds and generate impact reports, allowing for easy access to all documents, data, and qualitative information submitted by issuers -all in a machine-readable format.

Furthermore, we standardize the data into one framework, helping identify data gaps while also improving disclosure and quality, and we consolidate quality sustainability data that empowers investors to take action on investment decisions.

What You Will Do

Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Network is looking for an ESG Data Analyst to join the dynamic, technology-driven, and highly productive team at Nasdaq’s Manila office, you will:

• Onboard issuers to the Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Network
• Assist in the development of the Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Network
• Setting up portfolios for customers' testing
• Update descriptions of procedures and internal processes
• Other ad-hoc tasks in relation to the Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Network
  
  

What We Expect

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred
• At least two (2) years of proven experience in ESG or Financial Markets. However, we also encourage fresh graduates to apply.
• An advanced user of Excel and in general tech-savvy
• Fluency in English with highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• A well-organized person, able to balance multiple assignments at once
• High analytical skills with an ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail
• A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative and international work environment
• A colleague who shows initiative and is driven towards continuous improvement.
  
  

It would be beneficial:

• Being familiar with working with data
• Experience in using Excel application
• Knowledge and curiosity about ESG and in particular the sustainable bond space
• Having a track record of working successfully independently and within a team
• Experience in volunteering activities

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work arrangement (twice a week in-office days) and a flexible mid-shift schedule.
