As our ERP Platform Engineer (F&O), you will be responsible for L1 to L3 support across our F&O environments, ensuring stability, functionality, and resolution of both standard and complex technical issues. With a background in finance & project accounting, your focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, while CRM experience is highly advantageous particularly when ERP and CRM workflows intersect.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing end-to-end L1 - L3 technical support for F&O, with additional exposure to D365 CRM platforms considered advantageous
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that may span ERP and CRM platforms
- Maintaining accurate documentation for incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures and delivering basic ERP training, creating user-friendly support materials to empower end users
- Assisting with ERP system upgrades, testing, patching, and deployment activities
- Identifying recurring problems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for customer systems
Your Competencies
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP platforms, with SQL Query knowledge for data extraction and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of financial operations, processes, accounting principles, and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
- Expert analytical troubleshooting skills, able to methodically diagnose complex ERP system issues, isolate root causes, reproduce problems in test environments, and document solutions comprehensively
- CRM support experience is advantageous, especially across L2 and L3 tickets
