What you'll do:
- As the ERP Functional Team Lead, reporting to the ERP Group Product Manager, you will lead a team composed of ERP functional specialists who support design, configuration, and deployment across the Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) domains.
- Working closely with a dedicated ERP Product Manager, focused on driving the roadmap and prioritization, you’ll focus on ensuring the team executes effectively, grows professionally, and delivers quality outcomes through structured processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- You’ll play a key role in people development, capacity planning, team operations, and delivery consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP functional analysts across Finance and Supply Chain domains (R2R, O2C, P2P)
- Identify skill gaps and provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Oversee workload distribution, capacity planning, and resource prioritization across the team
- Support the adoption of delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid) and ensure team participation in delivery ceremonies.
- Act as a liaison between the ERP Product Manager and the functional team, ensuring alignment on scope, acceptance criteria, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Support team members in collaborating with business users to validate processes and requirements, ensuring consistency, completeness, traceability and adherence to best practices
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of business process documentation, configuration inputs, and functional testing support
- Oversee and ensure that configuration decisions are future-proof—designed for scalability, reusability, and ease of maintenance across business units and geographies.
- Help manage escalations and cross-functional dependencies related to ERP configurations and testing
- 5+ years of experience in ERP environments, with at least 2 years leading or managing functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to guide team delivery, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams
- Proven ability to predict capacity needs, strategically allocate resources, and balance assignments for on-time delivery
- Experience working in large ERP environments (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- Strong and practical knowledge of business processes in R2R, O2C, and P2P domains, with the ability to accurately identify gaps or inefficiencies and drive application or process improvements
- Ability to translate complex business issues into clear, actionable deliverables for the team.
- Skilled in BPMN or equivalent process-modeling tools; comfortable creating clear, cross-functional artifacts.
- Skilled in reviewing and validating business process documentation, configuration decisions, and functional test plans
- Effective communicator with the ability to tailor the speech to suit different audiences and effectively conveying key points, facilitating collaboration across business, product, and technical teams
- Professional Business English is a must
- Familiarity with delivery in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and coordinating with external implementation partners
