Equipment Manager

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in equipment management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in managing heavy equipment fleets and maintenance teams.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.), including their operation and maintenance.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and tracking tools.
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a team of technicians and operators.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected breakdowns and operational issues.
• Safety-Oriented: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards for construction equipment.
