Job Description:

Cold Calling

• Reaching out to potential clients or leads for your real estate business.
  
  

Preparing Spreadsheets for Comparison and Market Research

• Organizing and comparing property data for analysis.
  
  

Researching Leads from Social Media and Calling

• Identifying potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook and making outbound calls.
  
  

Appointment Setting

• Scheduling meetings with prospective buyers, sellers, or investors.
  
  

Weekly Commitment

• 10-15 hours of dedicated work per week.
  
  

Fluent in English Communication

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Flexible Timing

• The ability to work flexible hours but must be available during US time zones for cold calling.
  
  

Weekly Updates and Status Meetings

• Regular updates and participation in weekly status meetings.
  
  

Real Estate Experience Required

• Prior experience in the real estate industry is essential to handle tasks efficiently.
  
  

Salary rate:

$4 - $5 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

Prior cold calling experience in the Real Estate industry.

At least 6 months prior experience in cold calling.
