Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Food Delivery Account! The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, order concerns, delivery tracking, and account-related issues through calls, chat, or email. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and accurate resolutions to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Provide real-time support through phone, chat, or email channels.
- Coordinate with partner restaurants, riders, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Process refunds, order changes, and escalations following company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City
- Amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
- High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or ALS Graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Salary Package:
- 18,500 monthly
- +20% Night Differential Pay
