Job Description:

The role involves assisting customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. Key Responsibilities:
The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and assisting with orders, returns, and exchanges. Key tasks include updating customer information, collaborating with the team to resolve concerns, following up on issues, and gathering feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE), or no experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. A willingness to learn and adapt to company processes is essential.
