The Enterprise Manager role is a B2B role selling products and services to large businesses and enterprises. The role is responsible for seeking new clients, understanding customer needs, and making effective sales pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the company in the overall development of the sales function by promoting core and value-added services through opportunity-based sales.
  • Achieve business targets set by the organization for the enterprise segment, specifically focusing on the financial (banking and fintech), multinationals, large conglomerates, and e-commerce companies that have data center and IT-related requirements.
  • Creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client database.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as exhibitions, events, and business management.
  • Provide market and competitor activity feedback.
  • Identify & maintain standards of departmental training.
  • To use customer relationship management (CRM) as project management and monitoring application tools provided by company to ensure latest information/details is up to date.


Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in business, IT-related, or engineering course with knowledge of technical sales
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a key accounts manager or sales manager role in the Telco, Data Center, IT , or a system integrator company
  • Must be experienced in providing cybersecurity solutions in B2B or enterprise sales
