Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in acquiring and managing key enterprise accounts. As an integral part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities with large organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand complex business needs, and deliver tailored fintech solutions will be critical to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients within the fintech sector.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR personnels and decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management to drive informed business decisions.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 1-2 years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech solutions and the needs of enterprise clients.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account management.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing technical products and solutions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
