• Ensure alignment of technology strategy and business strategy. Identify programs and capabilities that will help Mynt realize its business goals
• Work with fellow EAs to define the architectural blueprint and technology roadmap of Mynt, along with their recommended governance and execution strategies.
• Evaluate tools and technologies that we can use to reduce platform and operational costs, improve productivity, performance, and overall quality of our product.
• Collaborate with other architects and engineering leads to design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures.
• Collaborate with other team members to craft quality technical solutions.
• Define architecture principles and standards.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to team members and management
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability when leading projects.
• Thoughtfulness and thoroughness when designing software, system, or enterprise architecture.
• Expertise with an object-oriented programming language and design patterns are a plus.
• Systems thinking
• Documentation on architecture principles, guidelines, and standards that teams should
• Documentation of current and future business, data, technology and application architecture
• High-level execution plans for transformation initiatives
• Architectural blueprint , roadmap and/or specifications, technology strategy presented in different views for different stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
• Experience designing and developing scalable, high performance distributed systems a plus (REST/microservices/Java/Spring)
• Experience implementing architecture frameworks such as TOGAF a plus
• Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc.
• Experience with data modeling and architecture
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide transformation initiatives a plus
