Engineering Operations Manager

Engineering Operations Manager is responsible to oversee the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of our mall facilities. This role ensures that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mall’s engineering team, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and plumbing personnel.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, renovation, and upgrade projects.
• Monitor and control engineering budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
• Support mall operations during emergencies and special events.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities or engineering management, preferably in commercial or retail property.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
