Engineering Lead

Plan and execute site projects related to (MEPF) mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firepro and architectural applications.

This includes the planning, organizing, coordination of resources, and full control and execution of projects to meet site demands related to site refresh and space planning. The role involves overseeing and providing technical occupancy planning expertise, supporting supply, capacity, and demand of the client's portfolio of space in a specific building, and executing the proposed plan. The planner will generate space layout options in response to business needs, handling day-to-day change requests, project space planning, and solution development. Project support includes client relationship management, project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes, and utilization metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Space allocation and management
2. Coordination with clients and other stakeholders with regard to seat demand, planning and allocation
3. Ensure Seat Demand and Allocation Tracker are always up to date
4. Project planning

1. Project Layout
2. Creation of TOR and BOQs for projects
3. Do technical review of bid proposals
4. Create project PRs and secure Pos

1. Project Implementation

1. Ensure necessary permits and other requirements have been complied with by vendors prior to project execution

1. Site Operational Technical Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) or 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and fundamental knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MIS tools such as Excel Pivots or Index Match, Power BI, iOffice, or Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding of technical requirements for various project types.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience or ability to provide guidance to junior staff.
• Experience with analysis and reporting.
