- Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Machine installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Maintenance & Repair – Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and conduct repairs or replacements of defective parts to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Compliance – Comply with industry standards and company policies regarding mechanical systems.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians. Report issues, progress, and recommendation
