In this capacity, you will evaluate basic engineering specifications, compare the application with industry standards, and escalate to whom it should be directed. - To identify customer documentation requirements and specifications, and review customer data and documentation requirements against factory standards.
- To enter data, orders, and items into business systems.
- To submit requests for product model setups.
- To advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.
- To escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.
- To participate in projects related to quality improvement such as Think Customer, Quality Management System, Perfect Execution, etc.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Process Control, or related courses
- Proficiency in Materials Selection and Understanding
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications
