Job Description

• Monitor and performed yield improvements
• Performed process evaluation, DOE’s, and qualifications.
• Knowledgeable in Process specifications: FMEA, control plan, QCI, process instructions, OCAP, designs rules other related specifications.
• Monitor and performed process sustaining activities
• Knowledgeable in problem solving, analysis and corrective actions
• Attend and be able to present in Business unit’s meetings
• Other process engineering related jobs/activities.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course
• 1 - 2-year experience in related field
• If newly graduate, at least completed the required hour and within same area and experience.
• Knowledgeable in BG, wafer saw, tape and reel, waffle pack process.
