Job Description
- Monitor and performed yield improvements
- Performed process evaluation, DOE’s, and qualifications.
- Knowledgeable in Process specifications: FMEA, control plan, QCI, process instructions, OCAP, designs rules other related specifications.
- Monitor and performed process sustaining activities
- Knowledgeable in problem solving, analysis and corrective actions
- Attend and be able to present in Business unit’s meetings
- Other process engineering related jobs/activities.
- Graduate of any engineering course
- 1 - 2-year experience in related field
- If newly graduate, at least completed the required hour and within same area and experience.
- Knowledgeable in BG, wafer saw, tape and reel, waffle pack process.
