About The Job

Key Duties:

• Organize and prepare presentations for the CEO’s monthly all-hands events, including run-through coordination.
• Monitor referral programs and work with the video editor to produce engaging content for presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors and the Finance Team to manage welcome meal pack supplies.
• Handle logistics for breakfast and lunch meals across night and day shifts, including budget and headcount tracking.
• Inform new hires about company events during onboarding.
• Maintain and distribute a monthly calendar of internal events and activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee recognition efforts (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries, milestones) in collaboration with Leadership Coaches.
• Send personalized congratulatory greetings to team members celebrating special occasions.
• Create and manage engaging content for company social media platforms.
• Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in organizing in-person and/or virtual company events.
• Additional training in Psychology or HR is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and other collaboration tools.
• Experienced in using Canva to design engaging digital marketing materials.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve task efficiency and enhance digital marketing strategies.
