Job Description

The Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Advanced Consulting Services (ACS) team is looking for an experienced Engagement Lead who can provide tailored strategies and recommendations across consulting practices like analytics and digital operations advice and services external clients to deliver business / functional / technical solutions. This role will solve pre-defined problems in the respective area of expertise and implements solutions mainly focusing on performance improvement.

This role combines business development, consulting delivery, team leadership, and thought leadership. It involves identifying and securing new consulting opportunities, leading engagements in digital operations, analytics, and automation, coaching internal consultants, and shaping the future of ACS capabilities and portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, proven consulting experience, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Identify and qualify new consulting service opportunities.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with CxO and Director-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Nokia sales teams to maximize customer value.
  • Lead consulting engagements in Digital Operations, Analytics and Automation streams.
  • Define Solution and Strategies in the areas of Digital Operations, Analytics and Automation.
  • Implement industry best practices towards TMF autonomous networks.
  • Develop cross-functional transformation plans and Target Operating Models.
  • Lead process and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct customer workshops to assess and improve operations.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead virtual teams for successful project execution.
  • Coach internal consultants on best practices.
  • Enhance consulting offerings to meet market needs.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide industry insights and influence key decisions.
  • Drive the evolution of Advanced Consulting Services (ACS) capabilities and portfolio.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Education: BSc in Engineering or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: ~20+ years in Telecom/IT OR ~10+ years in management consulting.
  • Strong financial acumen in Telco operations and business case development.
  • Expertise in Digital Operations (OSS, Orchestration, Inventory, Assurance space)
  • Expertise in analytics principles and Telco analytics strategies
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Automation, Telco Networks
  • Deep knowledge of OSS/BSS, Orchestration, Network Assurance, AI Ops, 5G slicing.
  • Familiarity with TMF, ETSI, 3GPP industry standards.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to engage CxO and Director-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and structured problem-solver.
