What You'll Do
Accurately encode and input data into various systems
Verify and validate data for completeness and accuracy
Review and correct data discrepancies
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Meet daily encoding targets and deadlines
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in data encoding or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and time management skills
