The key responsibility of this position is to handle administrative tasks in the People Solutions team.

What You Will Do
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to the following,
- Arranging physical copies of 201 files
- Scanning of 201 files
- Preparation of token items for release to employees
- Encoding details in trackers and/or in HR systems.
- Other adhoc tasks that maybe assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word etc)
- Prererably with data analysis skill and Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macro) has high advantage
- Accurate and detail conscious
- Daily onsite (QC, Cubao - Office based) (Daily Onsite)
