This role is responsible for coordinating with training centres and medical providers when necessary as well as contacting seafarers on the process of mobilization.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensures timely processing of visa and other formalities relating to the joining crew.
- Print out CV proposed candidates for certain position as requested by the Crew Managers.
- Save document’s scanned copy to seafarer’s individual 201 folders on the shared drive
- Updates ex-crew records in the crew system.
- Updates training/license certificates of all crew in the crew system.
- Encodes additional crew for allotment and other details.
- Acknowledge all scanned documents by signing on the requirements checklist.
- Return all crew documents to the requesting personnel.
- Performs such other task as may be assigned by superiors.
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- With excellent communication skills.
- With excellent computer skill including MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc)
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- With excellent time management skills.
