The Employee Engagement Officer enhances employee development and engagement by overseeing performance evaluations, organizing company events, and addressing facility-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end performance evaluation processes for HQ and medical staff
• Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training programs for new hires
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee disciplinary cases
• Plan and execute company-wide events to boost and foster team morale
• Handle facilities concerns and efforts to improve the overall employee experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably has 1-2 years experience in human resources, events management, or organizational development;
• Preferably has an understanding of employee relations and engagement principles;
• Open to experienced professionals and fresh graduates;
• Must work onsite in Makati
