Employee Engagement Executive

Contract: 6 months (extension will depend on the business needs or performance)
Location: Makati City - Full Onsite

Job Description:

• Support in preparation of the engagement activities
• Logistics management
• Support in implementation
• Support in post activities reporting/surveys
• Coordination with the external vendors/providers
• Support in managing GCash
• Sending monthly report to Finance
• Collating Gcash details for distribution of prizes
• Uploading of Gcash prizes in portal for distribution of prizes
• Manage/Create Health & Wellness initiatives report for review prior uploading in QAS portal
• Support in DA cleansing, updating DA tracker
• Encoding of all the DA cases received until closure and submission of weekly report on on-going cases
• Support in transcribing minutes during Panel Admin Hearing
• Support in Townhall, SMT Team Brief scheduling, requesting merch from Marketing and ordering of meals
• Support in CEB Safety audit documentation (DENR, BFP etc.)
• Support in managing employee services – Canteen and Shuttle
• Check if data in the SL/Q Tracker are accurate and complete. Coordinate with Clinic if necessary.
• Monitoring and collating of consumed employee shuttle weekly report and match it with the billing invoices
• Other tasks that may be assign from time to time
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related courses
• 2-3 years of experience handling corporate engagement activities and/or handling disciplinary actions
• Preferred to have an experience in using Canva and the likes or creating events announcements/poster
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office mainly, excel, powerpoint and word
• Amenable to work in Chino Roces, Makati
