Email Marketing Associate (Social Media) for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao

This role will focus on executing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data tracking, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and business growth. The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for designing, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns, managing customer segments, and maintaining high standards for quality and performance in all digital communications..

This role is integral to our email and SMS marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns are executed flawlessly and our performance data is accurately tracked. We seek a passionate digital marketer with experience in email platforms who is also a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

• Compile weekly email and SMS data (both campaign and triggered) from our ESPs and SMS platforms, Sailthru, Klaviyo & Attentive, cross-check against Google Analytics, and input it into our data tracker (Google Sheets).
• Build and design emails in Sailthru & Klaviyo using copy and assets provided by the creative team.
• Build SMS campaigns in Attentive.
• Send test emails and SMS to designated test groups, make necessary adjustments and updates based on feedback.
• Schedule emails and SMS campaigns and set up A/B tests as identified by the Growth Manager.
• Report on statistical significance of A/B test data.
• Build and manage customer segments within our email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Request and manage coupon codes from the web team and replenish coupon code lists within Attentive, Sailthru and Klaviyo as needed.
• Help strategize on the email and SMS marketing calendar and submit briefs when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Time Commitment:

• Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to scale up based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following proficiencies and attributes:

• General email and sms marketing experience is a must, with comfort in building and testing
• email & SMS templates and campaigns, and compiling data.
• Experience working in:
• ○ Sailthru (or similar ESP platforms) and Klaviyo preferred
• ○ Attentive (or similar SMS platforms) preferred
• ○ Asana or another project management platform
• ○ Yotpo loyalty or similar loyalty platforms
• Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas, general usage, and reporting.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Good communication skills are a must.
