- Understand customer needs and create relevant email campaigns
- Develop and discuss strategy with the founders
- Write content using creative materials
- Utilize tools such as Shopify, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
- Track and analyze email performance, then optimize accordingly
- Create after-sales emails to improve customer retention
- Develop strategies to upsell through email
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Receptive to feedback
- Strong work ethic and comfort in a fast-paced startup
- Clear, timely communicator
- Able to collaborate closely with founders
- Hourly-based to start; can shift to output-based
- Part-time or full-time
- Hybrid setup allowed with consistent results; mostly onsite during training (MAKATI)
- Negotiable terms
