Mission The Email Marketer will create, manage, and optimize email campaigns that support Pro Coffee Gear’s marketing efforts and drive customer engagement and conversions. They will leverage the Klaviyo platform to deliver personalized, targeted communication that enhances the customer experience and aligns with the company’s mission.

• Customer Segmentation
• Divide customer lists into smaller groups based on demographics, purchase history, engagement levels, and other criteria to send highly relevant emails.
  
• Campaign Creation
• Design, build, and/or optimize email campaigns with compelling visuals and copy.
  
• Automation Workflows
• Audit and improve automated email sequences like welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns to engage customers at key points in their buying journey.
  
• A/B Testing
• Test different email variations (subject lines, content, design) to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
