We run live webinars, online courses, and hands-on support to help our clients grow - and now we're looking for an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist to own both internal and client-facing email strategy.
The Role
As our Email & CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns, automations, onboarding flows, and platform notifications - both for our business and for our hotel clients. You'll also teach live webinars and coaching sessions that help hoteliers build effective email and CRM strategies on their own.
You'll combine hands-on execution with educational leadership, helping our clients and our team deliver the right message to the right guestat the right time.

The Role
As our Email & CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns, automations, onboarding flows, and platform notifications - both for our business and for our hotel clients. You'll also teach live webinars and coaching sessions that help hoteliers build effective email and CRM strategies on their own.
You'll combine hands-on execution with educational leadership, helping our clients and our team deliver the right message to the right guestat the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and build email campaigns (newsletters, offers, follow-ups)
- Design onboarding sequences and automation flows for hotel clients and users
- Host live webinars on email marketing strategies, guest engagement, and tools
- Set up and manage transactional and platform-triggered emails (e.g., reminders, updates, receipts)
- Help hotel clients integrate email tools (Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.) with their websites
- Create reusable templates, best practices, and email checklists
- Support audience segmentation and personalized email content
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and overall campaign performance
- 2+ years of experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to clarity, tone, and conversion
- Experience designing and automating email flows and lifecycle campaigns
- Comfortable hosting educational sessions and webinars
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to data, metrics, and user journeys
- Familiarity with GDPR, unsubscribe handling, and best practices
- Background in hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce
- Experience with WordPress, CRM integrations, or basic HTML email editing
- Understanding of guest engagement, loyalty strategies, or upsell flows
- Experience writing system messages or in-app notifications
