We have a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Drafter to join our Building Services group.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the drafting works for Electrical/Telecom systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Generate detailed drawings, plans, and schematics for electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
• Utilize technical capabilities in ACAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create 2D and 3D models, ensuring an accurate representation of electrical and telecom components.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks, identifying and resolving conflicts between different systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of drafting standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency in drafting processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to electrical and telecom systems, incorporating them into the drafting work as necessary.
• Provide support and guidance to junior draftspersons, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• At least 5 years relevant work experience in leading drafting works in Electrical/Telecom systems, preferably within the UAE context.
• Proficiency in ACAD (AutoCAD), Revit, and Navisworks is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and telecom system design principles, codes, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and workflows is a plus.
  
  

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu, depending on your home base/location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
