Job Description

Core Facilities Engineer, Power Expert

• Develops engineering process focus on improvement of related facility by initiating Proof of Concept (PoC) of new products with CapEx/OPEX savings features and green approach reducing carbon footprint.
• Monitors & guardian of the process and program on continuous updating of physical and accurate as built plans covering AC&DC power systems capacity and threshold including management of space and cooling capacity.
• Recommending initiatives presenting Value Engineering savings.
  
  
  

Initiate and outlines researches on alternative power source, alternative engineering materials for special sites with conventional design restrictions.

• Supervise design review and assessment on issues related to space, power and cooling facility that requires technical engineering solutions and recommendations.
• Formulate and recommends resiliency process in Engineering design to ensure reliability & minimize network outage based on site classification.
• Develops process & create report format for analyzing power utilization of all core network elements for benchmarking purposes aligned with GSMA process.
• Administers & impose balance standards on all facility related equipment such as; AC and DC Power Systems, Batteries, Engine – Generator System, Alternative Power Sources, Precision Cooling, Fire Detection and Suppression, CCTV and Structured Cablings & all Architectural/Civil Construction materials.
