Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the testing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and processes.


    • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ElasticSearch.
  • Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.


    • Additional Information:


  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ElasticSearch.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
