We are seeking for collaborative Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our EHS team in Philippines. You will provide maintenance expertise and enforce EHS policies that align with local regulations and international standards. You will also assist various departments in troubleshooting equipment and process issues while ensuring compliance with government regulations. This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.
What you will do:
Sensient Technologies (Philippines), Inc. is located in Biñan, Laguna. This serves as the company's production, technical and applications, and service center for the dynamic Philippine market for colors and flavors. The site, which is an accredited Silliker Gold standard included stringent procedures and documentation for, but not limited to, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP, includes its own warehouse, office, and applications laboratories.

We are seeking for collaborative Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our EHS team in Philippines. You will provide maintenance expertise and enforce EHS policies that align with local regulations and international standards. You will also assist various departments in troubleshooting equipment and process issues while ensuring compliance with government regulations. This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.
What you will do:
- Executing end to end planning of equipment upgrades, modifications and maintenance activities to ensure effectiveness.
- Conduct and analyze into detailed and in-depth safety audits, hazard analyses and trend incident reports.
- Consistently evaluate, recommend process improvements or equipment to reduce risks and preventive measures.
- Oversee investigations into more complex incidents or accidents.
- Develop and update emergency response plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
- With at least 5-7 years of related working experience
- With good analytical and engineering problem solving skills and a hands-on attitude
- Preferably with working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement tools
