A day in the life...

• Perform Offer Factory activities for several Nespresso Markets within Nestlé including sanity checks and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant data.

• Perform planning, execution and coordinate testing activities on Market side according to the agreed deadlines

• Finalize settings and schedule offer activations/deactivations

• Maintain Nessoft settings for Marketing campaigns

• Prepare testing scenarios

• Design technical settings structure

• Align identified and estimated possible risks with Offer Factory Specialist /Senior Offer Factory Specialist

• Execute testing cases

• Perform all necessary health checks to ensure quality of data provided from Market side

• Detect and fix problems in daily operations

• Perform planning, execution and coordinate testing activities on Market side according to the agreed deadlines

• Finalize settings and schedule offer activations/deactivations

• Perform sanity checks and checks the first orders on the day of campaigns launch

• Activate/deactivate mailing codes for Boutiques/CRC employees

• Reactivate Offers after campaign closure to finalize Order Realize activities

• Ensure timely communication of targeted information to the relevant parties following deadlines

• Assist on the implementation of new Nessoft functionalities, solutions and projects

• Participate/organize/coordinate ad-hoc calls with all involved parties

• Ensure compliance within confidential data sharing (testing user accounts, promotional codes etc.)

• Ensure methodologies and mechanics adopted in Offer Mechanics Catalogue meet expectations with respect to efficiency and effectiveness

• Participate in projects / leading of projects related to area of responsibilities and projects related to Offer Factory activities

• Leading monthly KPI calls with Markets

• Regular catch-up calls with HQ Global Marketing Business Excellence team and key stakeholders

What Will Make You Successful

• University degree (Finance, Data Analytics, International Economics etc)

• Good to have prior experience within Nestle

• Good to have knowledge of Nessoft Citrix

• Experience in e-commerce (campaign setup and execution)

• Test planning and effort estimation

• Nespresso Brand Knowledge (machines, capsules, accessories)

• Writing, executing, and maintaining test cases

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
