We are seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to expand our client's digital presence and manage their online customer relationships. This role is crucial for growing the business's online revenue streams while maintaining strong customer engagement through various digital channels. The position supports the company's mission of delivering exceptional service by extending their quality standards to all digital touchpoints.

The Impact you’ll make

eCommerce Operations

• Manage and optimize Etsy store presence


• Create text-based designs using Printify and Canva


• Monitor and optimize store performance

Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns


• Create engaging content for social media


• Build and maintain email lists


• Design course templates

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries


• Manage customer relationships across platforms


• Provide timely and professional communication

Content Management

• Write and edit content for various platforms


• Create marketing materials


• Maintain brand consistency across channels

Measure of Success

• Etsy store performance metrics (sales, listings, engagement)


• Email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, list growth)


• Customer response time and satisfaction rates

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience in eCommerce management (specifically Etsy)


• Experience with email marketing and list building


• Proficiency in Canva and content creation tools


• Strong customer service background


• Experience with digital marketing platforms

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, flexible working anytime between 8 AM to 7 PM CST (Central Standard Time).


• 20 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
