Your Role

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will be :

• Copying and formatting data into excel spreadsheets ready for bulk uploading
• Editing existing products, adding attributes to existing product forms (spreadsheets) and uploading
• Updating images, live editing (website) & bulk editing (excel)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to source product data and imagery
• Uploading formatted spreadsheets to the website via the FTP and RapidFlow
• Upload and improve product content and ensuring the correct products are online and accurately represented and categorized
• Cross referencing multiple spreadsheets (V-Lookup, excel)
• Manage product merchandising, making sure best sellers/promoted products are featured on the home page and category landing pages
• Scheduling and preparing content and assets for campaigns
• Creating and modifying content for product pages and category pages
• Creating campaign specific landing pages and content
• Ensure all campaign related content is uploaded to the site and published/unpublished on time
• Ensuring all online promotional material is current and up to date
• Ensure that we are first/equal first to market with all relevant new product releases
• Complete site testing to support eCommerce Manager and Lead Software Developer as required
• Digital marketing tasks
• Ad hoc reporting as necessary
• Meet all product related KPIs
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Moderate level of Microsoft excel (especially V-Lookup) experience is required
• CMS experience (Magento 2 preferred)
• Successful completion of Year 10 - Secondary School
• University degree in a related discipline
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• High attention to detail who knows how to check their own work
• Data entry experience
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English (UK)
